Muskogee County Council of Youth Services addresses societal problems which directly affect the lives and well being of the youth and families in the communities that we serve and to provide counseling, prevention, treatment services and to network with local agencies in order to empower youth and families to develop adequate coping mechanisms to solve current or future problems through the following programs:
